Appointment Coordinator

Entry Level Position & Part-time

Essential Functions:

  • Demonstrate the ability to intuitively prioritize and organize their work
  • May provide support to marketing, including internal communications, sales and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain client data and insure that all categorizations are being used and assigned appropriately
  • Preparation of detailed notes within the contact file regarding information about previous communications with the client.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Able to navigate Internet and web-based programs
  • Must possess strong communication skills
  • Must work well with deadlines
  • Must have excellent English skills
  • Must have reliable transportation

Preferred:

Must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent
